There's a great feature in Inkscape that allows an artist to copy just the styles from one path to another. By copying a path, and then selecting another path and pressing Shift+Ctrl+V you can paste just the stroke and fill of the previous path to this one, without changing its shape at all.
Wouldn't it be great to copy the handles from one node to another in kind of the same way? Here's what I'm thinking:
